Study abroad and student exchange programs enable the student to benefit from the opportunity of living for a few months in a different culture. Students, refine their language and communication skills, enrich their resumes and above all make new friends from different backgrounds. The lessons learned from this experience are beyond any lessons learned in a classroom.

Double Degree/Joint Degree Programs (IOP02)

MIU offers its students the opportunity to graduate with a foreign degree in addition to that of MIU or a joint degree during the same study period. These programs require that students enroll in them starting their first year at MIU and to spend one or two years in an affiliated university in order to be able to plan ahead for their progress and receive the degree.

Academic Advice/ Curriculum Development Programs (IOP03)

Miu realized the need to adapt it's curricula and academic methodologies to the fast-paced global community. Aming at gaining international accreditation, MIU sought the advice and guidance of well-established international universities in order to facilitate the achievement of this objective. Committees from partner universities thoroughly evaluate MIU curricula. Course outlines, textbooks, and other instructional material are thoroughly evaluated. Class visits are also made. Based on this evaluation, recommendations are given on how to develop the curricula.
